Sometimes parents do not want the same things their children want. Sometimes parents act against the wishes of the children. Perfect example: take a look at why we need living wills.

Completely unethical. firts off, mothers and lovedones can misrepresent the intentions of the deceased so from a legal standpoint it should not be allowed without something along the lines of a living will establishing intent of the deceased.

It should not be allowed without proof along the lines of a living will that establishes the intent of the deceased. Unfair to the kids too
